Aleks Dalipi said that he turned to Fiks Fare because he does not trust the Kurbin Police and the Lezha Prosecutor's Office. Initially, he tells the story of the incident that occurred on March 13, 2021 in the city of Milot. According to him, that evening he had a conflict with a person named Markelian Hoti, the brother of MP Elda Hoti. He even reported that Markelian shot him with a gun and fortunately the bullets did not hit him.
Aleksi also made available to Fiksi the investigative file on the case, where Markeliani was not arrested after the incident but was only surrendered a few months later.
"Markeliani shot me with a gun. We had no conflicts, I don't know the motive. Fortunately, they didn't catch me. But he wasn't caught either and sent me a message that he wouldn't forgive me next time. I want to denounce that the incident was not investigated. Instead of conducting an expertise on Markeliani's gunpowder, the investigators conducted an expertise on Markeliani's father and Elda Hoti. Of course, he didn't shoot," he claims.

Ishte në gjendje të lirë. Sa më panë më kërcënuan dhe ofenduan. Edhe unë i ofendova. Të pranishëm ishin edhe shefat e komisariatit. Në një moment deputetja urdhëron që mua t’më fusin në qeli. Në atë moment nga frika se mos më qëllonin, edhe deputetja, u largova me shpejtësi nga komisariati” pohon Aleksi.
35-vjeçari tregon se është larguar nga muri i komisariatit. “Kisha frikë se mos më rrihte deputetja Elda Hoti, policët dhe vëllai i saj. Më mirë të më vrasin sesa të më rrihte ajo. Tani më kanë shpallur mua në kërkim. Në vend që të hetojnë ata që më kanosën, më nxorën armën, më hetojnë mua. Vjen policia dhe më kërkon” shton ai.

Fiks Fare shkoi në Policinë e Kurbinit dhe mëson se ndaj për Aleks Dalipin kanë shkuar materialet në Prokurorinë e Lezhës për kundërshtim të policisë. Ndërkohë, Markeliani po hetohet në gjendje të lirë. Fiksi mësoi se policia i ka bërë një kontroll banese por s’i ka gjetur armë. Ndërkohë, ai është dorëzuar në polici më 4 prill nga e motra e tij, deputetja Elda Hoti.

Policia thotë se ka ndodhur një kanosje dhe kundërshtim të forcave të policisë, por ka dhënë asnjë informacion më tepër se kush kanosi i pari dhe kë! E pyetën gjithashtu komisariatin se çfarë akuze ka z. Aleks Dalipi dhe çfarë akuze ka Markelian Hoti.

Fiksi told her that Aleks Dalipi had complained about two events. "Yes, the person who disrupts the campaign, that is. She then met with Fiksi's group in the Paris Commune area, but refused to give an interview about this event.
A few days after Fiks Fare became interested in this case, on April 23, 2025, the Kurbin Police announced that they had detained Aleks Dalipi for two criminal offenses. A day later, on the 24th, a press release was issued stating that based on information provided by intelligence, citizen AD, alias FL, 35 years old, resident of Malbardhë, Kurbin, was located, arrested and detained.
According to the police, this citizen is suspected of having threatened several citizens for weak motives on April 4, 2025 in the city of Laç. During the procedural actions of the police officers, the 35-year-old resisted them with force and left. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office in Lezha for threatening and resisting a public order officer.
