Analyst Armand Shkullaku, commenting on the intervention in the TIMS system, said that the state has fallen because this data leakage scandal is very serious and does not happen in any democratic country.
Invited to the show 'Çim Peka Live' on SYRI TV, Shkullaku said that the state has handed over the keys to the socialist party and it does whatever it wants with the personal data of Albanians.
According to him, the data was stolen to hide Rama's trips with exponents that cause scandals.
"For this case, my colleagues have done a great job by fully clarifying this scandal. It is scandalous because this is the second case that the personal data of Albanian citizens has been stolen, where the first case was the scandal with patronageists.
Here the state has handed over the keys to the socialist party and it does whatever it wants with the personal data of Albanians. This is where the state has fallen, with the police, the minister and the prime minister no longer having any function. Here goes a private person who comes from the street and takes the data and it is not known where they go. A girl goes to the municipality, gets the codes of the procurement commission and gives them to a private person, enters, eliminates the criteria and declares herself the winner.
Today we have a state that has turned into a mafia, taking the data itself, the money itself, and they say that this is how we want to do it. This data is obtained primarily to check if one of the high exponents of the renaissance is registered in affairs and scandals or if Rama traveled with Rama and his private plane. While the other is blackmailing people who do not act according to Rama ," he said.
