Alma Kaçi has arrived at the Special Court, which is accused of active corruption after the sexual video scandal with the former mayor of Kukës Safet Gjici.
Together with Kači, Gjici is also a defendant. Today it is expected that the SPAK is expected to read the claim for Kači and Gjici, who are accused of passive and active corruption.
Safet Gjici was arrested in June of this year, a few weeks after he was re-elected as the head of the Municipality of the northeastern city.
He appeared in some footage recorded in his office by the citizen Alma Kaçi performing shameful acts, while the latter asked him to favor him in a project for the rehabilitation and housing of dogs.
Since then, Gjici is behind bars, while Kaçi is under house arrest.
