A day after the opposition protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the Democratic Party and the Socialist Party sat down at the table today to continue work on Electoral Reform.
Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, in a Skype call for the Repolitix show on Report TV, stated that Berisha and Rama will draft a new Electoral Code to eliminate the possibility of any new political party entering the elections. Spahiu said that Berisha and Rama will also change the country's Constitution on December 30.
"I can tell you that within a month and a half Berisha will give Rama the votes to change the Constitution. When the ambassadors are on vacation and the European Commission envoys are at Christmas, Berisha and Rama will change the Constitution on December 30th."
