The wife of Aleks Nika, one of the protesters killed on January 21, 2011, Rajmonda Nika, after the decision of the Supreme Court to pass the file for investigation to SPAK, said that the right finally won.
She said that the family has sued the entire chain of command, starting with Sali Berisha, and then the other officials.
She expressed confidence in the work of the new justice institutions.
"We really expected it, and the right always wins. The hard work and everything we experienced finally paid off. We have reported the entire chain from Sali Berisha down to the youngest. I believe and want to believe that SPAK was created to investigate the most powerful. I will deliver the audio with the order to shoot to SPAK. I believe it will continue", said Rajmonda Nika.
While Alke Nika's uncle, Mark Nika, said that there is a Starsburg decision that says it is a state crime.
"We have made efforts to be judged. Its decisions are final, in a professional manner they decided that the case should be investigated by SPAK. Because there is a decision of Strasbourg", said the uncle of Alke Nika.
