The Special Prosecutor's Office has filed a claim demanding a 10-year prison sentence for Lefter Koken in connection with the Fier fire incident and 7 years in prison for Alqi Blako for the former secretary of the Ministry of Environment.

With a shortened trial, Koka must spend 6 years and 8 months in prison, while Bllakos gets 4 years and 8 months. While for Klodian Zoton, it takes 12 years, which with a shortened trial goes to 8 years.

In the Fier incinerator file, former minister Koka is accused of "abuse of office", "corruption of high officials" and "money laundering", while former MP Blako is accused of "abuse of duty" and "corruption of public officials". According to SPAK, in order to illegally favor the concessionaire company of the Fier incinerator, the former minister of the environment, Koka received 146 million lek bribes, while Alqi Blako received 14 million lek.

While Klodian Zoto is accused of having benefited 4 million euros for services that were not performed, but falsified situations were presented, performing the works only on paper.
