Ex-prosecutor Eugen Beci in the podcast "Te Pashoq" on the Youtube channel of "Pamphlet" has evaluated the work of SPAK so far.
He stated that the work so far has been satisfactory, but according to him SPAK should remove the attention from the past crimes and focus on the ones they are currently committing in order to prevent the economic damage they are doing.

-If you were to put yourself in the position to make a concrete assessment of SPAK's work so far, what would it be?
Beci : The professional rating would be grade 7.
- Why?
Beci : For some elements. It is important that when you decide to prosecute, you apply one by one all the rules and norms provided by the European Convention of Human Rights and the Code of Criminal Procedure and not be conditioned by the fact that someone is definitely known to go to prison. Important in the exercise of criminal prosecution by a constitutional prosecutor in the Republic of Albania is the implementation of basic human rights and freedoms. You must, based on the procedure, punish everyone and seize the victims without violating human rights and freedoms, otherwise it will turn into a boomerang against you. The second is to stop the historical pursuit, but to pursue and investigate those who are currently stealing.
