Spartak Ngjela: Berisha will be punished and will not have the strength to lead any party

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the political situation and the conference of the chief democrat Lulzim Basha yesterday. He says that Basha should be more active, while adding that PD should be regrouped to return the opposition to Albania.

"Basha is not active in the political sense, he has a legal party, but he must know how to choose. Figures have lost their votes and charisma and cannot lead a party. Despite the fact that he is probably not worn out, he has done an act that will remain in history. He expelled Berisha from PD. It must be active. It is not an easy job. PD must be regrouped to return the opposition to Albania", said Ngjela for Report TV.

The lawyer said that 99.9% Berisha will be punished for the Partizani affair and then he will not be able to lead a party nor have political strength. At this point, according to Njjela, it will be seen how capable the two groups will be in the merger negotiations.

"He is under accusation, he is under house arrest. Berisha is in SPAK, it is dangerous up to 99.9% that he will be punished. SPAK has given an acquittal. The moment he will receive the punishment and when the punishment takes its final form, he will no longer be in politics.

The PD has time, after passing the two levels of trial and being convicted, it no longer has the legal force to lead the party, the law does not allow it. We will see how capable the negotiators of the two wings of the Democratic Party will be to create the new Democratic Party. Rama is sabotaging him because he has hope in Saliu. Njjela also commented on the changes in the government, the creation of the ministry

If he did it after studying, it will be a scandal. I believe that there was a study, why these ministries should be united. They do not want the state, they have come for their chair.
