The court of Durrës has left in prison the 5 arrested in connection with the alienation of properties in Spitalle.
The five arrested persons, Lirim Xhameta, Dashnor Taulla, Ardit Kërtusha, Leonard Kadrimi and Gjovalin Ndoci, were taken into custody as a result of an operation ordered by SPAK in the cadastre of Durrës two days ago.
The 5 arrested are accused of falsifying properties in Spitalle, Durrës, after alienating 448,000 m2 of land.
The beneficiaries of this land have declared in the prosecutor's office that they are not the owners, but have signed on behalf of Ardi Kërtusha.
From the investigations of the Durrës prosecutor's office, it appears that the Cadastre lawyer Aida Kila has accepted the false documents of Lirim Xhameta, paving the way for the false registration of this property. While the other lawyer Mikel Zaho and the deputy director of the Cadastre Leonard Kadrimi with their actions have allowed the further alienation of the property.
It is learned that so far 23 people have been interrogated, including two former heads of the Cadastre, Liridon Pula and Bedri Luku, who have shown the practice followed for the registration of this land area. Likewise, a number of documents have been seized that are expected to help the investigators to discover the role of the persons involved.
From the investigations, it was found that by various persons, by means of forged documents as well as employees of the State Cadastre Agency, actions were carried out that led to the alienation of 448,000 m2 of land from state-owned property to private property. . Meanwhile, former deputy head of Cadastre, Leonard Kadrimi, former lawyer Ardit Kërtusha, are suspected of abusing their duties, as they facilitated the alienation of real estate.
