Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that in Sunday's attack on the Kosovo police, the Serbs had around 50 killed.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, he said that there is a good chance that they were wounded and killed, because of the way the Serbian terrorists left in the end.
"More must have been killed. According to my information it is a larger number, that is why the leaders have fled and been killed. They are still not giving the names, one is not injured, the other is not injured, but according to my data and according to what I can imagine, they will have been killed because when the leaders are killed, they run away like that. We will look at it step by step ", said Ngjela.
Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku, who was a member of the Kosovo Police since 2001, was killed on the morning of September 24 after a clash with an armed group in Banjska of Zveçan in the northern part of the country inhabited by a majority of Serbs.
The armed attackers, about 30 people, were located in the monastery of Banjska, from where they exchanged shots with the law enforcement agencies.
The authorities also confiscated a large amount of weapons. The Kosovo authorities held Serbia responsible for the attack, while Belgrade officially blamed the Kosovo Serbs.
