Journalist Klodiana Lala has responded with Belind Këlliçin, regarding the reactions that PD and its exponents have towards justice decisions, where they praise justice when it hits the opponent and attack it when the decisions are against them.
In "The Unexposed", Lala called the attack and bullying that was done to the judge who made the decision on the "mandatory appearance" measure for Berisha, who was attacked for his physical appearance, disgusting.
Belind Këlliçi : Ergys, you are making a fuss, is it possible for you to rest and don't stand your ground in vain, you are telling lies. Article 73 of the Constitution was violated for the first time. When the authorization for the measure was given, the gentleman said he did not agree with the measure, but the law was not violated. So this time the Assembly has given the authorization for a measure. Berisha is against the measure, but the law has not been violated.
Ergys Mërtiri: So you say that the measure given today to Berisha is in accordance with the law?
Belind Kelliçi: The judge has left the scope of the request.
Ergys Mërtiri : How do you oppose it without seeing the decision?
Belind Kelliçi : SPAK has requested a return to house arrest. The judge said that the measure falls. The decision should have been either the request of SPAK stands and is returned to house arrest or the decision of the first instance remains in force.
Klodiana Lala: The judge has the right to let him go without any measure at all. In this case, the CJK said that the only proportionate measure for Mr. Berisha is the obligation to appear and the judge stayed within the CJC's decision. Is Berisha contradicting himself?
Belind Kelliçi : There is only one explanation. You follow all the issues. The case has been taken to trial and is not in the prosecution body. Berisha no longer has anything to do with them, he cannot spoil evidence and cannot influence the process. Let's not take the case of the mayor of the Municipality with four accusations and stay in the office.
Klodiana Lala : The prosecutors used an argument, as long as the witnesses were not questioned before the judge, for this reason we think that this measure is necessary.
Belind Kelliçi : Mr. Berisha must appear twice a month, how does he prevent Mr. Berisha from intimidating the witnesses?
Klodiana Lala : They are strategies of the prosecutors. They have appreciated this. I have seen in a disgusting situation, how DP exponents started to bully the judge for his physical appearance. As a young politician you should distance yourself.
Belind Kelliçi : Absolutely, I am dealing with decision-making, not with the person.
Klodiana Lala : We don't know the arguments, but to reach the conclusion that it is wrong... I asked Mr. Berisha, did you break the law the first time or now? He said I am implementing the Constitution. He may be right. It is an open discussion. But I don't like the two standards that your force holds with justice, with the court and SPAK. When you investigate the other side, say bravo, but to your side... I don't like that. It is the same judge who sentenced Saimir Tahir and you applauded him.
Belind Kelliçi : He was accused of international drug trafficking and was sentenced for abuse of office...
