Enca Haxhia was caught with cannabis on the balcony of the villa, released after 3 days

The Tirana court has softened the measure of detention for Enca Haxhina, from prison, to 'obligation to appear'.

The singer was arrested 3 days ago for growing cannabis on the balcony of her home. She was found with 5 roots of the narcotic plant and the Prosecution asked for 'imprisonment'.

However, today the Court rejected the request of the Prosecutor's Office, assigning an 'obligation to appear'.

The singer herself stated that she had the plant for personal use.
