The brother of the 26-year-old girl who was raped by four people in Vlora has spoken about the serious incident.
He said that although at first in the official announcement the police said it was three people, they were four people. The victim's brother said that if the state will forgive those people for this crime, he himself will never forgive them.
"They are four people, they are not three people, and if the state forgives them, I don't forgive them. If the state or the court will forgive them, I will not forgive them", he said while adding that his sister had confessed to him that she had gone out with a person in the bar, where she had drunk something, while the others had joined her in the hotel .
Further, he said that it was a doctor from the Vlora hospital who called them and informed them about the incident. When he went to the hospital, the boy said that he was not given any details about what had happened.
"My sister was in intensive care, she couldn't speak and the doctors didn't give me much explanation. I met my sister yesterday, because I don't live here, I live abroad. She stayed in the hospital from Friday to Monday," said the girl's brother.
At the time the girl was mentioned, she told her brother that she went out with a boy to drink something and at one point she went to the toilet. When she returned from the toilet, the boy she had gone out with had given her a drink and after that drink, the girl was not conscious.
According to what the victim communicated with her brother, from the bar in the direction of the hotel, the girl remembers that she left alone with the boy who had gone out to drink something, while later the other people who committed the crime joined.
