Journalist Artan Hoxha is convinced that Gilmando Dani was killed by a special team of assassins.
According to him, it is the same hand that killed Brilant Martinaj, while according to him, they have attempted a similar scheme in Kosovo, but have failed.
Hoxha said that just like in Rinas, they were waiting for a target to get off the plane, but it was taken by a Kosovar politician with armored vehicles and the attack was not carried out.

And this meant that first of all they were operating outside their territory, that is, outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, and secondly they did not seek to escalate the situation by clashing with another power that could create problems. So when choosing the place for them, they did not think at all about how many traffic police there are, how many police officers from that military police, or how many police officers from the Rinas airport, because they are mainly border police.
