A serious incident has been revealed in recent days when two customers were robbed of around 400 thousand euros by employees inside UBA Bank. Journalist Klodiana Lala said that the theft took place inside the bank and the employees accuse the director of taking their codes to access their accounts.
"UBA Bank had the accounts of 2 clients who had 400 thousand euros. Which through forged mandates unsecured are 11 bank employees who emptied the account. One client said that they have been scammed by banks to avoid giving them the money. One of these ladies has minor orphaned children and was scammed by another bank.
11 bank employees have been charged with theft, computer forgery and document forgery. Some employees accuse the director of having to log into the system and some employees that when they left for lunch, the director told them that they had to leave the account open. This is an alarming situation because it is a second-tier bank and it should be investigated whether it is a sporadic or mass case. The orphans are the nephews and nieces of a journalist colleague and she confesses that her sister-in-law wandered from one bank to another until she realized that the accounts had been emptied," Lala said on the show "The Unexposed."
