The Independent Qualification Commission has today dismissed the prosecutor Xhemal Saliaj, after reviewing the documentation and conducting the hearing on October 4.
KPK took the decision on the subject of reassessment by majority vote.
Xhemal Saliaj worked as a prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Vlora.
The decision, reasoned in writing, by the judging panel chaired by Alma Faskaj, Pamela Qirko relator, Xhensila Pine member will be notified to the subject of the revaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals Board by the subject of reassessment and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission's decision.
