Vlora and Shkodra have not yet started opening the ballot boxes, due to the lack

The voting process in most districts has not yet begun, even though the ballot boxes have been delivered to the counting centers for several hours.

In two districts, Vlora and Shkodra, the process of opening the ballot boxes has not yet begun. According to reports, the reason was the non-appearance of Democratic Party counters.

Also in Shkodra, 14 Democratic Party counters are missing, who have reported to the CEC.

The Central Election Commission has announced that it will wait until two o'clock and then decide how to proceed.
