In this case, there are many institutions that have to answer for the event, we have the school, family and society. There has been a conflict between teenagers for three months and no one has intervened. The knife was with him to commit a criminal act and we are really dealing with a weak motive, but with premeditation. This should alert the society and the police to exercise more controls.
