New details have been made public from the investigative file of the doctor Dervish Hasi, who was arrested under the charges of "trafficking of minors" and "pornography", because he kept a 16-year-old woman as his fourth wife for 2 years.
The minor is said to have declared that she knew the other three wives of the doctor and that she practices the Muslim religion that allows men to have multiple wives.
"We were married by a hodge", said the 16-year-old, clarifying that the marriage was made according to a religious document known as "Nikah".
In her testimony, the minor confesses that she met the doctor at the age of 14 and for two years they continued communication, while when she turned 16 they had intimate relations.
She admits that she did everything willingly.
According to the file, the parents of the 16-year-old girl said that the girl did not listen to them, stating that "if she were to separate from him, she would kill herself".
In the conditions when the girl did not agree to sever contact with the doctor, according to the file, both parents say that they asked the doctor Hasi himself not to have any contact with the girl. The latter said "We are not doing anything bad".
