Lawyer Brizida Gjikondi says that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was forced to appear this Tuesday at the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK), as he knew that if he did not do something like that, there would be a tight security measure.
In an interview for "Newsline" on ABC News, Gjikondi said that the insult that Berisha made to the prosecutors before entering and then leaving SPAK, constitutes a criminal offense.
Among other things, Gjikondi added that Berisha broke the court's decision by communicating with other people, apart from family members.
" Berisha went like Cheçoja to SPAK today, compensating for the humiliation he suffered, according to his brain, he tried to save face by attacking SPAK. What he has done is forbidden, even in the specific decision that Berisha has from SPAK, he is forbidden to communicate with any other person, except family members. He broke it before he got in, even after he got out. His grandeur complex is so great, he seems to have the luxury of attacking the institutions of justice and committing other criminal acts, insulting prosecutors. He broke the court decision, which prohibits him from communicating with other people, he insulted and slandered, it is defamation to call him a criminal gang. I don't know how much SPAK will tolerate citizen Berisha, but as they taught him a lesson, it may very well continue to be punished to be given a more severe measure, regardless of age.
There is no physical proximity to the people he talks to, he can be taken as a man talking to the moon, the sky. But what he did today, he also had a fight with a journalist, shows that he violated the decision. Berisha has a sick seder. He went there, he knew very well, not going there would mean that his security measures would be tightened during the investigation. What he said is nonsense, he went to SPAK. I think that SPAK should look at it and stop tolerating what happened today ", she stressed
