Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku appeared before SPAK on Friday afternoon. Balluku was summoned by the Special Prosecution Office, while during a report to Parliament, SPAK head Altin Dumani confirmed that the Deputy Prime Minister is under investigation.
Balluku appeared at SPAK with her legal counsel. A little earlier, Pamela Qirko, Belinda Balluku's sister, went to the Special Prosecution Office, who seems to be one of her lawyers.
The Special Prosecution Office has not provided any details on this matter.
The DP has submitted 4 lawsuits against Balluk to SPAK: regarding the Llogara tunnel issue, electricity sales, photovoltaic panels and 2 TEC ships for electricity production.
