" Pamphlet " is publishing today exclusive documents, which show how Leka Bungo, the Chairman of the Council of RTSH, has benefited from the bottoms of public television in flagrant violation of the law. But what exactly happened?
In December 2023, Lega Bungo proposes to Alfred Peza a one-day show, on the night of the change of years. It is about the show "Happy", which was broadcast on December 31, 2023 from 22:00 to 24:00. So two hours. For two hours, Leka Bungo has benefited from 4 million old lek.
But the problem is not the amount, the problem is the violation of the law. Neither the chairman nor the members of the Governing Council are allowed by law to benefit from RTSH projects. So we have a pure conflict of interest, since a director gives projects to himself benefiting from television funds. It is the same as, for example, a Minister of Agriculture opening a farm and receiving support programs. The violation of the law is flagrant.
But the story is deeper. The contract was signed by Alfred Peza in December 2023. It was the time when Leka Bungo blocked the appointment of Peza directors in the Council. Apparently, the latter bought it for 4 million old lek.

The contract between them was signed on December 29. It is about a program, where Bungo has "fallen". So, from 10:00 p.m. until midnight, old songs and humor were broadcast, and for this reason he received 4 million Lek.
" Happy" is a program in the type of television spectacle, focused on two basic elements Humor and Song. The selected humorous and musical materials will bring back to the nostalgic audience the interpretations of the most popular actresses and singers over the years. The program is an exclusive production of RTSH, for the time period December 2023; The duration of the program will be 120 minutes and will be broadcast on 31.12.2023, from 22:00 to 24:00 on RTSH 1HD channel; Artistic Board of RTSH with Decision no. 25 of 21.11.2023 approved the project from an artistic point of view. For these reasons
DECIDED:
1. To approve the artistic project with the title "Happy", as an exclusive production of Albanian Radio Television, for the period of December 2023.
• Duration of the program 120 minutes and will be broadcast on 31.12.2023, from 22:00 to 24:00 on RTSH 1HD channel;
2. The financial value of the project is in the amount of 410,000 (four hundred and ten thousand) ALL, according to the fees and financial estimate of the production budget of the artistic project.
3. The Directorate of Sales and Promotion to take measures to absorb advertising during the audiovisual broadcast of the artistic project ", the document states.
