The person in the photo, with two fingers next to Sali Berisha, is called Besnik Bami. He is one of the most powerful businessmen in the country.
His company, "Bami Holding", formerly "Bami" is one of the most profitable public works contractors awarded by the government. From roads, to water supply, public buildings, before a year he received the permission for the construction of the tower "Barcelona Tower" on Ibrahim Rugova street.
In other words, it is one of Bablok's closest partners to carry out public works with state budget money.
But like most Albanian oligarchs, Besnik Bami also does not share the fixed idea that to succeed in business, one must have one's hands busy: one hand in baklava and the other in revani.
To get as much as possible, or as Edi Rama says proverbially "Take what you can - acronym: KÇK".
Bam's closeness to Dr. Berisha clearly shows his inextricably transversal connection with politics. Because politics has given food to his works, not from the standard and performance of his engineering, employee, or even logistics teams and construction sites.
The connection of businessmen with politics in Albania is considered one of the biggest problems of the problems brought about by the transition.
An industrial brand, if it's capable of getting things done, doesn't need politics, because it's the skills that give it the right to take on the things it does best.
But as always, the pears are hidden behind the wings. The connection with politics happens because the oligarchs want to earn a lot between public contracts, but on the other hand, personnel, employees, administration or engineers and intellectuals are never part of this profit.
Who work to a large extent uninsured and with a split payment. These companies, which receive large public contracts, are also the biggest evaders, as the statistics released by the tax institutions reveal every year.
Precisely to maintain this status, they maintain ties with politics, financing politicians and high officials, precisely with the quota they have to pay to the state.
And so to avoid problems, in every electoral campaign we see that almost all the oligarchs finance the campaigns of the big parties: DP and SP.
Sali Berisha, as the events after 2021 also showed, managed to get the DP after being declared 'non grata' by the USA and after being expelled from Lulzim Bashes, thanks to the large donations of the oligarchs.
Who have long been targeted by the US. The US government has once again announced that those who support Non-Women will receive the same treatment as sanctioned characters. And precisely for this reason, two major Albanian oligarchs do not have a visa to the USA and are close to being sanctioned.
But this news is not published by the majority of the media, as it is connected to the vicious circle of this group of sisters, who in reality are not like that. They are simply contractors of Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, to circulate their money. That they put it in their pockets, that they use it for campaigning is the same thing, since this money that belongs to the citizens circulates in their circle.
