This clue was given to SPAK by the killer Nuredin Dumani, 2 months after the arrest when he agreed to become a penitent of justice, confessing the murders, kidnappings and fines and their commissions, among which there were high officials.
According to the information provided by "Pamphlet", it turns out that Nuredin Dumani has given SPAK detailed information, with concrete names of people targeted by Ilir Meta, to be eliminated, to be threatened, kidnapped and disappeared.
In the confidential testimony, which was recorded by the FBI agents in addition to the SPAK, the killer Nuredin Dumani confessed the dates and circumstances of ordering the murders, the intermediaries, the values paid in advance, the total values and the criminal groups that engaged the couriers of Ilir Meta.
Nuredin Duman's testimony against Ilir Meta was not considered a slander or vindictive feeling of a criminal, but a source of real information; because Nuredin Dumani has admitted that he himself received murder orders on account of Ilir Meta, from the criminal groups that were paid.
When this denunciation was published, Ilir Meta was still the President of the Republic and did not make any public reaction himself, but financed some media, to treat it as ordinary defamation of a criminal.
As for SPAK, accusations were made as to why the investigation into Nuredin Duman's statement was not started, even after the departure of Ilir Meta from the Presidency, while he thought that the matter was left in silence.
But a few days ago, SPAK commissioned a BKH team supervised by FBI experts, who began to investigate Nuredin Duman's denunciation of Ilir Meta, combining it with testimony from other penitents of criminal groups, where the name of Ilir Meta has emerged again, directly and indirectly, as the orderer of murders, kidnappings and disappearances of persons.
In this investigation, which the BKH has launched into the role of Ilir Meta as an orderer of paid murders, referring to the list that Nuredin Dumani and others have declared, the murders and disappearances of political rivals, but also of his collaborators in the affair, will be scanned. crimes and traffic, who have been witnesses called by justice.
In the investigation list, there will be the assassination of Aleksandër Ndoka on December 8, 2017 in Lezhë, as well as the kidnapping and disappearance on March 22, 2010 of the former Director of Alb-krom, Eduard Belegu, the former confidant of Ilir Meta in many million euro corruption affair.
