The CEC, the Department of Decriminalization in the General Prosecutor's Office and SPAK should also start the investigation for Eduard Shalsi, with the indication of a file from December 1995 that came to the Albanian State Police, and the fact that he declares that he lived for 4 years without interruption in Greece, but although the decriminalization law obliges him, he has not declared his addresses and the jobs he performed there.
This file sent by the Greek police, the Albanian police opened in 1996, when the immigrant "Courier" Eduard Shalsi, started working at "Tirana Bank", but the file was blocked and discouraged by the former Director General of Police, Agim Shehu in cooperation with Bashkim Gazideden of SHIK, which Shalsi had as a student in the years 1986-1990.
His activity in Greece should be investigated, since for 5 years he has been the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Tirana and for 14 years he has been an MP, he has been the Minister of State for Local Government and Anticorruption and the Minister for Business. Currently Chairman of the Parliamentary Economy-Finance Committee.
