While Baton Haxhiu, in addition to being an adviser to Edi Rama and Hashim Thaçi, has received millions from the Tirana Landfill; has the same legal representative as the boss of the landfill, Blerim Hoxha, and the same address with him at the "ABA" tower of the oligarch Edi Rama and Sali Berisha.
But on the television of the "non grata" family, Baton Haxhiu, called the facts published by "Pamphlet" slander, denying that he, Edi Rama and Hashim Thaçi are related to Blerim Hoxha.
But the connection is concrete: Edi Rama gave 40% of the Tirana Landfill; Batoni has received from 4000 Euro per month, funding for allegedly advertising the landfill of Tirana; for 8 years, he has been paid as Edi Rama's adviser and 18 thousand Euros per month, as manager of the Hemodialysis concession, which Edi Rama gave to the American Hospital.
But between Rama, Hashim and Blerim Hoxha, there was and is a notorious character of the world of crime named Dritan Avllaj, known by the nickname "Tan Lepuri", who has close ties with Baton Haxhiu, as part of the electoral campaigns of Hashim Thaçit and realtor of the bazaars that Hashimi used to do when he was prime minister and president.
With Blerim Hoxha of Tirana Landfill, "Tan Lepuri" (Dritan Avllaj), he had and has connections in several hydrocarbon businesses in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia; even together, they supplied and continue to supply the "OKTA" refinery in Skopje, through the Greek company "Helenik Petroleum".
According to the photographs that "Pamfleti" has, it is proven that Tan Lepuri was part of Hashim Thaçi's podiums in his electoral campaigns, while in Tirana, for 20 years, he has been Edi Rama's realtor with 20% in the building permits of any type of bazaar. .
In the hydrocarbon imports business of Blerim Hoxha in Albania and the countries of the "Open Balkans", Tan Lepuri continues to manage the majority centers of the company "Toskë Energji" in Porto Romano with No. 65/116 and No. 3184, within the area of the company "GENKLAUDIS" (Gega Oil), but also at the base of the deposits "RMV-15 000 m3" and "RMV-25 000 m3" of Parku i Ri i Vlora, as well as the head of the contracts office in address: "Twin Towers-2, Floor 8/A1"-Tirana".
