From the employment of minors and serious accidents, to death in the workplace and dismissed proceedings, Dionis Teqja's name has been mentioned in several disputed episodes without criminal conclusions. In parallel, a network of 11 companies linked to him results in a lack of tax balances or continuous declarations of losses. The case raises suspicions of tax evasion, control avoidance and a protection system that requires an in-depth financial and criminal investigation.
The logo of the company "Megatek" has the slogan: "Do it well, do it yourself." Referring to the accusations circulating about its activity, the owner Dionis Teqja seems to act according to his will, without being stopped by law enforcement institutions.
During 23 years of activity, for no alleged violation of the law and for no case with consequences for the lives of employees, Dionis Teqja and his companies have not received a final criminal punishment.
First case:
The company "Megatek" was found to be employing minors aged 13-16, who performed heavy physical labor. Two of them, E. Alla (14 years old) and K. Dusha (16 years old), were seriously injured after falling from a height of about 12 meters.
According to family reports, they were taken for medical treatment without immediately notifying the authorities. The police filed a criminal case for employing minors and concealing the incident, but Dionis Teqje's name was later removed from the file and the responsibility was shifted to a warehouse employee. The Labor Inspectorate filed a report that considered the injured to be adults and legally employed.
Second case:
Dionis Teqja was charged with physical violence against two drivers and for taking “City Park” vehicles. The case was initially processed, but then dismissed.
Third case:
A 32-year-old man lost his life while working at the premises of “Megatek”. The police prosecuted Dionis Teqje as the person responsible for violating safety rules at work. Within 24 hours, his name was removed from the file and responsibility was transferred to a 61-year-old worker. The case was dismissed.
