But it is about the stunt used by the Peçi Earthquake, that the tender was won by the company owned by the family of the Director of Urbanism of the Municipality of Tepelena, Lorenc Bami.
And this is how the tender commission in the Municipality acted: it was awarded to the company "NG STRUCTURES" based in Tepelena, real property of Lorenc and Aleksandra Bami, but allegedly sold to their family, father and son Hekuran and Fatjon Hoxha from Tepelena, worth 50 thousand ALL, when the company's capital is 10 million Euro and with 700 thousand Euro profit per year.
Since July 2017, when Lorenc Bami from Kruja was appointed Director of Urban Planning in the Municipality of Tepelena, the administrator of the company "NG STRUCTURES" is Aleksandra Bami.
The tender was awarded with a contract value of 1.3 billion ALL, or as much as 99.5% of the limit fund, formally joined with the firm "SHENDELLI Sh.pk" of the janitor Yzedin Bozhaj, but the legal representation and implementation of the project was taken over by the private company "NG STRUCTURES". of the Director of Urbanism and Territorial Development of Tepelen Municipality, Lorenc Bami.
So, the tender was signed by the "publicist" chairman Tërmet Peçi; the winner is the company of the Director of Urban Planning of the Territory, Lorenc Bami, the implementation of the school reconstruction project will be controlled by the Director of Urban Planning of the Territory, Tepelen Municipality, Lorenc Bami.
