In the Vlora Prosecutor's Office file for the robbery of around 600 hectares of land on the Vlora coast by Artur Shehu and Pëllumb Petritaj, through the falsification of state and private property documents, the name of former SP MP, drug trafficker Fidel Ylli, also appeared.
In that investigative file, Fidel Ylli was proven to be the robber of 90 hectares of coastal land in Karaburun, through a fictitious sale and purchase by robbers Artur Shehu and Pëllumb Petritaj, at a ridiculous price of 20 lek/m², a total of 900 thousand m² for 180 million old lek.
The Vlora Prosecutor's Office prosecuted and declared Artur Shehu wanted; Pëllumb Petritaj and officials from the Municipality, the Vlora Property and Mortgage Restitution and Compensation Commission were arrested and sentenced to a total of 43 years in prison, and 115 ha of land was confiscated, out of about 600 ha stolen with false papers.
Meanwhile, Fidel Yllin was left out of the investigation file and did not touch 90 hectares of land purchased in Karaburun for 20 lek/m², through false documents, although it was proven that he was the organizer and beneficiary of this land grab with the Shehu-Petritaj duo.
Fidel Ylli bought the 900 thousand m² area and disguised it under the name of his company "House of Arts" Sh.pk, where his sister Elida Heba (Ylli) is the administrator, land which he did not reflect in the activity and capital of this company.
The name of former MP Fidel Ylli is on the list of cases dismissed for high-ranking government officials, local and central cadastre officials, and individuals used by them, who falsified the documents of coastal lands in Vlora and transferred them to the ownership of the political mafia, with fictitious purchases and sales for ridiculous prices, 1 m² is the value of 1 banana, as Fidel bought them.
In fact, the procedure for registering 900 thousand m² in Karaburun, in the name of Fidel Ylli, was completed by Hipoteka e Vlorës 24 hours after he purchased it from the forgers Artur Shehu and Pëllumb Petritaj.
Even ignoring the fact that the land purchased by Fidel was also in criminal proceedings and seized, while the mortgage accepted the sale for 180 million old lek, when the valuation act for that area was 126 million euros (140 euros/m²) at the time.
For 34 years, justice has not touched Fidel Ylli, this thief of 15 million USD of Albanians from pyramid firms when he was the bodyguard of Prime Minister Aleksandër Meksi; when he commanded the smuggling of excise goods, drug trafficking, the money laundering scheme in construction and gambling even after 2005 when the DP and SP were in power./ Pamphlet
