For years, the socialist deputy's network has been trading food without origin and with falsified expiration dates, punished with fines, but without stopping. The warehouses in Gropaj i Vaqarri are managed by Drini Nikolla, former Director of the Military Police during the Gërdec affair, known for falsifying reports and trafficking in ammunition. Anti-crime has reported, but justice does not act.
For many years, the "Big Market" network of socialist MP Vullnet Sinaj has been selling expired products that pose a risk to citizens' health, for which it has been punished several times with fines and confiscations by the National Food Authority and public health agencies.
The connection to power and the privilege as a sponsor of the Socialist Party have not only not stopped the owner of "Big Market", Vullnet Sinaj, from selling expired and dangerous products, but since 2017, when he became an MP, food safety institutions have also been allowing him to commit food crime.
According to Anticrime reports, the warehouses of the company "Tirana Cash&Carry" sh.pk are the base for the collection, counterfeiting and distribution to "Big Market" stores of expired food and products, without nutritional value, without production origin and with counterfeit brands, as if they were products imported from well-known companies in EU countries.
The company "Tirana Cash&Carry" sh.pk was established in April 2006 by Vullnet Sinaj with 51% shares, Albert Janina with 39% and Edmond Gjikoka with 10%; while on June 9, 2008 and July 9, 2009, they sold the shares to Vullnet Sinaj.
The warehouses of the company "Tirana Cash&Carry" are in the village of Gropaj in the Vaqarr Administrative Unit, where products imported from factories and illegal producers within the country are collected and sent to "Big Market" stores.
In those warehouses, "Big Market" products that have expired are also collected, where people employed part-time and 2 days a week falsify the expiration dates and brands and take them back to "Big Market" stores.
In the scope of activity of the company "Tirana Cash&Carry", socialist MP Vullnet Sinaj has declared import, export and trade of various items, while as the main activity he has declared construction, excavation, concrete production, inert materials, bitumen, road construction, signage and railway works.
While referring to the list of employees in the tax register, it turns out that the activity is only for the storage and processing of food and other consumer products that are sold in the "Big Market" chain of stores.
Since March 23, 2022, the administrator of the company "Tirana Cash&Carry" of MP Vullnet Sinaj is Drini Nikolla, former Director of the "Illyrian Guard" State Police under the Ministry of Interior.
But the director Drini Nikolla of the company that falsifies the expiration dates of food and products sold at "Big Market" was also the General Director of the Military Police in the years 2005-2008, who falsified reports of the transport, dismantling and change of brand and trafficking of ammunition by the "Berisha-Delijorgji-Diveroli" group.
Now, Drini Nikolla, the famous Gërdec and bribery in the "Illyrian Guard" police of the Ministry of Interior, has joined forces with the SP MP, Vullnet Sinaj, in food crime with "Big Market" products.
But there has been no action by the police and justice, although investigative agencies have reported on this activity of falsifying the origin, brands, quality and expiration dates of food and other products in the warehouses of the "Tirana Cash&Carry" company in the village of Gropaj-Vaqarr, from where they are sent to the "Big Market" stores./ Pamphlet

Ky person ka lënë pas vetes një figurë të pastër, profesionalizëm dhe korrektësi, pikërisht sepse nuk ka bërë kompromise me ligjin dhe interesin publik. Ndoshta kjo është arsyeja pse sulmohet sot. Në një realitet ku shumë heshtin përballë padrejtësisë, njerëzit e drejtë shpesh bëhen objekt i atyre që jetojnë nga shpifja, presioni dhe gjobvënia morale apo mediatike. Publiku tashmë e ka kuptuar dallimin mes gazetarisë së vërtetë dhe fabrikave të baltës. Një media që ndërton “lajmin” mbi aludime, ofendime dhe porosi të kundërshtarëve të radhës, nuk i shërben interesit publik, por interesave të errëta dhe përfitimeve të ulëta. Dinjteti, ndershmëria dhe korrektësia nuk zhbëhen nga një shkrim i porositur. Përkundrazi, sulme të tilla vetëm sa e bëjnë më të dukshme diferencën mes njerëzve që kanë punuar me integritet dhe atyre që jetojnë duke goditur të tjerët. Koha gjithmonë nxjerr në pah të vërtetën. Dhe e vërteta nuk ndërtohet me shpifje.
