The Court of Audit will focus on assets and the audit of tenders. Not that currently ILDKP has endangered Edi Rama and his people, since this institution has "died". But the asset statements are there and SPAK has easy access to them.
The scenario was made public by DP deputies, Edmod Spaho and Jorida Tabaku. Both say that the majority is planning that through the special commission led by Fatmir Xhafaj, the SP wants to merge the High State Control and ILDKPI and create an audit court where it can appoint its trusted people.
