Many facts come out, whenever he investigates the connections, personal activity and businesses of the "silent" mobster Eral Myftaraj from Gramshi, who with the power of former minister Bledar Çuçi, has entered the elite of traffickers and oligarchs, taking up to now 50 million Euro tenders.
But according to the documents, Eral Myftaraj, it turns out that 9 years ago he received a free state property with a term of 35 years, as a concession for the cultivation, growth and trading of seedlings of any kind, given by the decision of Prime Minister Edi Rama, former Minister Lefter I liked the head of Bedar Çuçi, former Minister of Local Government, because the property belonged to Cërrik Municipality.
It is about the PPP "ALMEX GREENWOOD" of the state nursery of the city of Cërrik, given to the company "AL-MEXWOOD" 100% owned by Eral Myftaraj, who declares himself in every meeting, that he has the 4 companies in partnership with Bledar Çuçin, among them PPP-Fidanishten.
By government decision and Order No. 9382/1, dated September 11 of the Ministry of Environment, the nursery with an area of 10,000 m2 was taken from the Municipality of Cërrik and given for 35 years to the mobsters Eral Myftaraj, Zamir Balliu and Etnik Sopoti, while after two years, on September 28 2016, Eral Myftaraj became the 100% owner of PPP with the sale of 26 thousand ALL of 50% shares.
To be precise, the businessman who says he works with the Minister of the Interior is part of the "Zamir Balliu" gang of iron-nickel smuggling, cars, forest cutting and drug cultivation, known to be connected to Çuçi in the years 2000-2001 when the latter was chancellor of the Court of Tirana and the friendship strengthened after 2013, when he escaped from prison 4 times (we will talk about it later).
The crime in this PPP is the fact that 9 months before the granting of the concession (January 2014), the Cërrik nursery was financed with 400 thousand Euros by the Turkish government and the investment was inaugurated by Edi Rama, while 3 months before the granting of the concession, the Albanian government also invested 1.1 million Euros.
Por me VKM Nr. 611, datë 17.9.2014, kryeministri Edi Rama, me kërkesë të Bledar Çuçit- Ministër i Pushtetit Lokal, miratoi fondin e ndihmës 875 milionë lekë, dhënë bosit të fidanishtes së Çërrikut, Eral Myftaraj në vitin 2016 e 2018.
Ky financim dhënë privatit, u motivua si investim për të prodhuar 3.5 milionë fidanë, për pyllëzimin nga Ministria e Mjedisit dhe bashkitë, të cilat ortaku i Çuçit nuk i prodhoi kurrë; madje më 4 maj 2021, Çuçi i dha edhe një tender 1.2 milionë lekë, për gjoja gjelbërimin i zyrave të Agjencisë së Qeverisjes Lokale në Ministrinë e Brendshme.
Sipas kontratës 35-vjeçare, mafiozi Eral Myftaraj, është përjashtuar nga taksat, por ka detyrim t’i japë shtetit 2% të fitimit vjetor në vlerë financiare, ose në klering me fidanë, mirëpo gjatë 9 viteve aktivitet nuk i ka dhënë as 1 qindarkë e as 1 gjethe.
Bën bilance sikur gjoja ka humbje, sikur ka fitim minimal e gjoja u ka 700 milionë lekë borxh furnitorëve të lëndëve të para, madje nuk paguan as taksën e 10 mijë m2 tokë sera, të vilave të ndërtuara brenda saj dhe asnjë tatim për 3 bizneset që ka hapur ilegalisht brenda fidanishtes.
E lejon shteti, sepse mafiozi Eral Myftaraj nga Gramshi, thotë që është ortak me Bledi Çuçin, ish-Ministrin e Pushtetit Lokal, të Bujqësisë dhe Ministrin e Brendshëm ende në detyrë; deklaratë që besohet mbasi Çuçi nuk e ka mohuar.
