Nuk është rastësi, as fakti që nën maskën e firmave “Meteo Sh.p.k” “AL-MEXWOOD Sh.p.k”, Eral Myftaraj pret pa leje pyjet në Elbasan, Cërrik, Librazhd e Gramsh dhe me prodhon dru e lëndë djegëse “Pelet”, të cilat ia shet shtetit me tenderë, ndërsa policia nuk e prangosë , sepse ai flet e vepron në emër të ministrit Çuçi.
