Until 2016, Fidel Ylli has declared 2 to 4 million ALL in profits, while for 8 years he has not submitted tax balances; even according to the information provided by the "Pamphlet" from the Ministry of Finance, there are no tax balance files for the years 2003-2016.
With the company "House Of Arts Radio-Televizion Sh.pk" for 21 years of activity, there is no tax balance; while on December 22, 2009, after becoming a deputy of the SP, Fidel Ylli donated the companies to his sister Elida Heba-Ylli, but his wife was the administrator.
On April 30, 2020, Elida Heba-Ylli sold the company "House Of Arts Radio-Television" to her brother Fidel Ylli in the amount of ALL 300 million, and his wife, Anita Ylli, remained the administrator.
Three months after the purchase, specifically on July 13, 2020, Fidel Ylli sold the firm to Elona Jegen for 300 million and 1 lek, while his wife, Anita Ylli, remained the administrator of the firm, but the financial transactions were done manually, outside the banking system.
This was a fictitious sale and purchase, since the buyer Elona Jegeni is an employee of Fidel Ylli in the Albanian Olympic Committee and managed the entire process of Albania's participation in the Olympic Games "France-2024", while her sister Indrig Jegeni is the Executive Assistant and Coordinator of Contracts of the Olympic Committee with Sports Federations.
For 21 years, the company "House Of Arts Radio-Televizion Sh.pk" has been carrying out illegal activity, while on April 10, 2012, the government taxes "Berisha" asked it to pay the fiscal obligations.
But after 2 days, on April 12, 2012, Fidel Ylli suspended the company's activity and the taxes left it in oblivion, while he re-opened it on February 18, 2015, when the SP was in power, but in fact it operated without interruption and during 3 years that had suspended him.
Both firms continue their activity under the administration of Fidel Ylli's wife, but even the taxes do not know how much financial value they circulate, after 21 years they have not submitted balances to taxes, while their real activity is the building materials market and constructions.
