A few days ago, businessman Lul Morina appeared on "Top Channel", with the aim of curating his image. He was accused of building without permission, but there were many accusations that he was involved in other activities as well. But what surprised Grida Duma was the "ascension" of Edi Rama. Lul Morina says that we are very lucky to have Rama as prime minister. But what is behind this statement? Maybe he wants Lul Morina to cover his activities. Below we raise some questions.
The scandal of the construction of towers without permission by Lul Morina in the most enviable area of Tirana is multiple.
First, Lul Morina has built a 9-story building without permission and additions to another building without permission, and law enforcement agencies have not intervened to block the works, since Morina is believed to have bought and bribed them with dirty money.
Secondly, even though in one case the police referred Lul Morin to the prosecutor's office for building without a permit, the businessman was still not detained, leaving it to justice.
Third and most important, Lul Morina has erected towers without permission with questionable money.
Morina appeared in the field of construction business in 2005, buying from Shaban Zekaj the shares in the company 'Rinia 04', founded in 2004, with a capital of 100 thousand ALL, with offices in Fier.
A year later, Morina adds import/export of fruits/vegetables to the phantom construction company as an object of activity. The import of fruit, especially from Ecuador and Colombia, is the most widespread form of camouflage for cocaine trafficking. The company 'Rinia 04' sometimes results with balances and sometimes without balances, raising strong suspicions of a money laundering scheme.
In 2012, Morina bought the company Xheluks Construksion from Besnik Serdani, for 100,000 lek, with which he built the palace without a permit at Dry Lake in Tirana. This company was also founded in 2010 and did not have any consolidated economic activity.
In 2018, Lul Morina buys the company "Drymades Dream" from Jorgji Ruçi, for 7.5 million lek, subsequently building resorts worth millions of euros. Surprisingly, this company also had as its object import/export of fruits/vegetables.
A few months later, Lul Morina, with this company, entered into partnership with Indian brothers Nitin Sandesara and Chetankumar Sandesara, seeking to acquire and launder USD 1 billion through a bank loan scheme in India.
Through these phantom companies and which he bought for less than 10 million lek, Lul Morina has circulated billions of lek and has invested tens of millions of euros in real estate, such as resorts, hotels and buildings, but also by buying yachts, expensive cars etc.
