The fact is this: By Decision No. 17/5, dated July 18, 2022, Prime Minister Edi Rama has granted the "Hako" sausage company the status of "Strategic Investor" for the construction of a tourist resort, pig farm, cattle farm, vineyards and beverage factory, with a total area of 47 thousand and 400 m2 of land and forest free state property in Peshtan i Tepelena and 100 hectares of pasture.
On March 28, 2021, these areas of state property were transferred to the administration of the Tepelena Municipality, while on April 5, 2021, the mayor Tërmet Peçi gave a contract for 99 years of free use to the salameri "Hako", for the construction of the resort and agro-livestock farm "Zagrotourism-Peshtan".
For the resort and farm, the owner of the salami shop Adnan Hako and his partners, have thought and decided to steal the water of the mountain source of the inhabitants of the village of Mezhgoran, although this village and Peshtani are separated in the middle by the river Vjosë and are very far from each other. .
But this has not prevented Bablok from granting a fund of 3.8 million Euros to the Municipality of Tepelena through the ADF, to build a pipeline network that will rob and take Mezhgoran's water to Peshtan, taking away all the water from the inhabitants, the lands of cattle of Mezhgoran.
In the documents of this state investment, it is said that with the 3.8 million Euro fund, a water supply network will be built for the inhabitants of the area of Sajmola in Mezhgoran, but in reality, the water will go across Vjosa, only to the resort and private farm "Zagroturism-Peshtan". in Peshtan.
But why are they robbing the water of Mezhgoran, when the resort "Hako and Co" is located 80 meters away from Vjosa?
Because the tourist resort in Peshtan, with an area of 14,400 m2 in the middle of the forest, far from the national road and separated from the Vjos river, will be a town with wooden villas, entertainment facilities, swimming pools open in summer and closed in winter, only for visitors, tourists and vacationers.
Since Vjosa during autumn and winter and on rainy days is turbid, but often also polluted by sewage discharges and inert, the only clean water from mountain sources that area has, is the water of Mezhgoran.
And why don't the owners of the resort in Peshtan take this water, when the pipeline network is financed by the state, while the robbery is carried out with the police forces that Rrumbullaku, by order of Bablok, has sent and deployed "non-stop" against the residents of Mezhgoran?
The fact that it was a premeditated business project and negotiated with Bablok is confirmed by these acts: The resort company "Zagro" from the salameri "Hako", was created on June 29, 2018 with an address in Kashar, while on May 5, 2020 transferred the central address to the village of Peshtan.
On April 5, 2021, the Peçi Earthquake of the Tepelen Municipality gave 47 hectares of land for free use for 99 years in Peshtan; on July 18, 2022, Babloku announced the sausage firm "Hako" as a strategic investor for a resort in this area, while on October 3, 2023, and to this day, by order of Babloku, the police were rushed to guarantee the robbery of Mezhgoran village water. / Pamphlet
