The workers of Birra Tirana have erupted in a final revolt against the owners, who not only destroyed every right, but also led to bankruptcy of one of the historical establishments of the Albanian food industry.

In order to get out of the situation, Fanja told them that I will give you two salaries in hand, on the condition that they return them after throwing all the salaries in the bank.
But the workers did not eat it, because they considered it a pure fraud.
The remaining workers of Birra Tirana have not received their salaries for 10 months, while they have accused the managers: Luan Bregasi and Irfan Hysenbelliu, that they are doing all this to bring this industry to an end, and to use the territory of then we will use it for a construction site.
The solutions in this case also exist legally, even without any problems for the employees. If the company is unable to continue its activity, it must declare bankruptcy, and in this case the state enters into administration, taking as protection first the factory assets, but of course also the real estate assets.
The main problem in this case is that the managers of the company: Luan Bregasi and Irfan Hysenbelliu want to bring the beer production to failure, and then divert the use of the property. When in fact, when they bought the factory, they did not take it to exploit the land, but to produce one of the industrial assets that has been created over the years. Where apart from equipment and work tools, the most important asset is the human one. As both the technologists and the workers have been specialized for years and years and have shown that they are able to bring a quality product that can compete in the region.
Today, we are in a situation where in Albania our products almost do not compete in the local market, they are sold in the import market, when for years and years, our food industry has covered the needs of the market, generally those with low cost.
On October 16, workers will hold another major protest, which will likely be irreversible. They will ask the state to take over the situation, but on the other hand they will bring Luan Bregasi and Irfan Hysenbelli to justice. Who have been openly protected by the state, taking advantage of Bregasi's state position as a member of the municipal council of Tirana.
Against which, the SPAK and the prosecutor's office of Tirana are burdened by several lawsuits by the workers of Birra Tirana, who, on the other hand, have been waging a legal battle for years in several processes in the court of Tirana.
But the dark side of this whole story is the silence of most of the main media in the country, even though we are facing these serious facts. / Pamphlet
