Failed in the absence of official evidence for landfills, SPAK has rushed Arben Ahmetaj with another charge for the privatization of the Tirana Bread Factory; yes, no proceedings are started for Ilir Beqjen, who has evidence of 370 million Euro PPP and corruption with the tenders of 185 million Euro investment funds in QSUT, Truma Hospital, "Shefqet Ndroqi" Hospital and 11 regional hospitals...
Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj reacted to the news that SPAK accused him of "abuse of duty", related to the procedures and the value of the privatization of the Tirana Bread Factory.
Ahmetaj has called this accusation of SPAK as a scenario fabricated, ordered and instigated by the "big black head" who organized the scenario of his imprisonment, using the bosses of the incinerators, the government paid media and manipulated segments within SPAK -ut.
We cannot express doubts about the independence of SPAK, regarding the accusations against Arben Ahmetaj, but the lack of evidence against him is public, since SPAK himself stated in the investigative file about the Tirana incinerator, that the former minister Arben Ahmetaj was against until in the end.
In the investigative file, it is cited that Ahmetaj has rejected the Tirana incinerator 4 times and finally, with official letters sent to the mayor of Tirana, Erjon Veliaj; former Minister Lefter Koka and Prime Minister Edi Rama, through the General Secretary, Engjëll Agaçi.
However, apart from Lefter Koka, who is in prison for the Elbasan and Fier landfills; from the four Rama, Ahmetaj Agaçi, Veliaj, only Arben Ahmetaj who refused, was investigated within 3 months and his immunity and arrest permit removed within 3 days, while the other 3 were not investigated.
Even for the accusation related to the privatization of the Bakery Factory in Tirana, Arben Ahmetaj stated that the screenwriter "the big black head" and the SPAK used, will be removed as with the incinerator, because according to him, there are documents that prove that he has implemented the law.
However, the powers, data and responsibility are WEAK. Altin Dumani, with his addictions, did well to track the abuses of officials, but there is clientelism in his attitude, because he is acting with two standards, dividing them into "vulnerable government officials" and "inviolable government officials".
For example, within 6 months, two investigations were carried out against Arben Ahmetaj: For the Tirana incinerator, with an arrest warrant and asset seizure, and criminal proceedings for the privatization of the Bread Factory.
But SPAK has not taken the former minister Ilir Beqja as a defendant, although for 4 years the investigation of the 370 million Euro affairs with the concession of surgical equipment, Check-up and medical laboratories, which he invented, ordered and signed with fake papers; just for the surgical equipment, the entire tendering group of the ministry and the businessman Ilir Rrapaj were arrested.
But not for the corruption discovered by KLSH, made by Ilir Beqja with the tenders of 185 million Euro investments in QSUT, the Trauma Hospital, the "Shefqet Ndroqi" Hospital and 11 regional hospitals, where it turns out that 60% of the funds were stolen with fraudulent situations and works and supposedly modern equipment.
A few days ago, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, declared that they are not afraid of anyone and will not tolerate anyone, but the attitude within the government shows that they are afraid or worried.
For example, Arben Ahmetaj has no evidence for the incinerator, SPAK has been handcuffed around the world, while in front of Ilir Beqje, who has numerous evidence of forgery and theft, he is standing as a "mummy" even though he is a director in the prime minister's office. and many businesses.
Likewise, Altin Dumani said that soon there will be sensational surprises; but as it seems, the surprise was again with Arben Ahmetaj, when the Albanians expect surprises for Rama, Beqja, Agaçi, Kumbaro, Klosi, Çuçi, Manastirliu and Veliaj. / Pamphlet
