The former president of the USA, Donald Trump, appeared today at the Manhattan court in New York to face another charge, this time for the financial fraud that his company "Trump" has done to the American state.
The former president faces the possibility of large penalties that could cost him control of some of his major real estate holdings, including Trump Tower in New York City.
Meanwhile, Trump himself, in a brief address to the court, said their financial statements were still being analyzed, despite a judge last week determining that he and his family had committed fraud over a decade.
Also in an all-caps post on his "Truth" social media account, Donald Trump accused the presiding judge in his case, Letitia James, of being "CORRUPT & RACIST."
He also called the chief justice of the supreme court, Arthur Engoron, a "crook, out of control" and who has "hatred for Trump".
