Pope Francis has spoken about the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza. He called it a right decision, while calling for a just solution between the two sides.
The Pope also mentioned the work of mediators to reach an agreement in the Middle East, while asking internationals to intervene to cooperate with the parties to achieve a final ceasefire.
"In recent days we were informed that the ceasefire in Gaza will come into effect today. I express my gratitude to all the mediators. It is a good job to mediate so that peace can be achieved, thanks to the mediators ," said Pope Francis.
