A tragic event has occurred in Mexico, where at least five people have died and fifty others have been injured.
The incident occurred in the northern Mexican city of Nuevo Leon after a stage collapsed at a campaign event for the Civic Movement party, local newspaper Reforma reported.

The party's presidential candidate, Jorge Alvarez Magínez, said on social media that a strong wind caused the stage to collapse Wednesday at the event in the city of San Pedro Garza Garcia, an affluent enclave near the industrial center of Monterrey.
Alvarez said he was "fine" after being taken to a local hospital, but his team members were injured and that he was returning to the scene to check on them.
