Iranian attack, Israeli minister reacts harshly: Tehran must burn tonight!

The Middle East has once again been engulfed in high tensions after Iran launched a missile attack on Israel, ending a ceasefire established in April.

According to Israeli authorities, airstrikes were activated in several regions of the country after missile launches from Iranian territory were detected. The army announced that air defense systems were immediately engaged and managed to neutralize some of the ballistic missiles.

Meanwhile, international media reports that areas near Tel Aviv were also targeted in the attack. So far, there are no reports of casualties or major material damage.

As a result of the developments, Iranian authorities decided to close the country's airspace, while a number of civilian flights were canceled or rerouted for security reasons.

The attack comes just days after Tehran warned it would retaliate against Israeli bombings on the southern outskirts of Beirut, which reportedly killed two people and injured at least 11 others.

On the other hand, Israel has increased the level of preparedness throughout the territory, suspending educational activities and imposing restrictions on public gatherings.

The rhetoric between the parties has escalated since the attack. Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir reacted with a strong message on social media, declaring: "Tonight Tehran must burn."

According to US media, President Donald Trump has been briefed on the situation and is closely monitoring developments, as fears of a new escalation of the conflict in the region remain high.
