Russia demands that Ukraine hand over all persons believed to be connected to the terrorist attack in Moscow, including the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, SBU.
In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry listed the violent incidents that have occurred in Russia since Kremlin forces invaded Ukraine in February 2022, including bombings that killed the daughter of a prominent nationalist and an incident in which a writer was seriously injured.
According to the Russian authorities, all traces of these crimes make Ukraine guilty.
"The traces of these crimes lead to Ukraine. Russia has submitted to the Ukrainian authorities its demands for the immediate arrest and extradition of all those related to the terrorist acts in question. The Russian side demands that the Kiev regime immediately stop any support for terrorist activity, extradite the guilty parties and compensate the victims for the damages," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Ukraine has rejected the Russian demands as nonsense. But he emphasized that, making it clear to the Russian Foreign Ministry, that Vladimir Putin is subject to an international arrest warrant.
Meanwhile, the Russians have not stopped their attacks on Ukrainian regions. Kiev reports shelling of 16 settlements in Kherson in the past 24 hours, killing at least one civilian and injuring two others.
