Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to find out who is behind last month's attack on a Moscow concert hall, which the Islamic State militant group claimed responsibility for.
"We will definitely get to those who ordered the attack," the Russian president said in a meeting with Interior Ministry officials, according to 'Sky news'.
" We have paid a very high price and the entire analysis of the situation must be extremely objective and professional. "- he further added.
US intelligence supports Islamic State's claim that it carried out the attack, while Russia insists there is a link to Ukraine.
Kiev has categorically denied the claim and military analysts say there is no evidence to suggest Ukrainian involvement.
