The brother-in-law of the Italian prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, Francesco Lollobrigida, who holds the post of Minister of Agriculture in an attempt to justify the mass flight of Italians for vacations to the Albanian Riviera, inadvertently brought out the problems of the Italian beaches.
Meloni's brother-in-law, who warned of a possible lightning trip to the land of eagles these days to see why Italians flee to Albania, stated that those people who have money can take a vacation in Italy, while others who do not have the opportunity they can spend their holidays in Albania.
He added that even though the prices are many times more expensive, the Italian beaches offer much more than the Albanian ones. According to him, Albania has a long way to go to compare with Italy.

We are sure that what we find here cannot be found there. But everyone in his country, even Rama e I know there is much to learn from Italy and we have much to learn from them. Italy and Puglia are far ahead. So please, with all due respect to our many friends in the Mediterranean, they aspire to be like us, but today they are not. Maybe in fifteen or twenty years. That was enough for the Italian media to crucify the Minister of Agriculture for his statements. "la Stampa" has devoted an article comparing the prices of holidays in Albania and Italy, blasting the starospheric facts and figures in his face, to the Italian minister.

This is what Consumerismo No Profit declared, which today compared the prices and tariffs of the main Albanian coastal destinations with those of our country.
"To sleep 7 nights in one of the most popular coastal resorts of Albania, from August 21 to 28 in a double room, the minimum cost starts from 175 euros in Vlora to 420 euros in Qeparo - analyzes Consumerismo. If you choose exclusive or luxury structures, the maximum cost reaches 5,653 euros in Vlora and 2,300 euros in other Albanian destinations.
In Italy: in the same week a stay starts from a minimum of 564 euros in Milano Marittima, 735 euros in San Vito Lo Capo and 889 euros in Villasimius, but can reach, again if you choose exclusive structures, 17,378 euros in Viareggio and more wide at 15 thousand euros in Milano Marittima.
