The hostage-taking in the night club in the Netherlands is over, after the suspected perpetrator has been caught by the police.
Armed with weapons and explosives, he, in collaboration with another person, took several people hostage in the Netherlands this Saturday. Two masked men were then seen leaving the scene.
Three hostages, believed to be employees of the nightclub, were rescued by operatives about an hour ago.
Heavily armed officers cordoned off part of the town of Ede and asked people to stay away from the area. About 150 houses near the bar were evacuated.
