The Kiev regime has the level of an international terrorist cell with neo-Nazi tendencies. The statement was made by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
"I have a question for tens of thousands of global experts on international terrorism: where are you, why wasn't there a roundtable or session at the Munich Conference on how the Kiev regime went from a puppet regime playing with democracy to an international terrorist cell with unique characteristics, namely a neo-Nazi deviation?" Zakharova said, according to the Russian news agency Ria Novosti.
Zakharova, the Russian news agency reports, was speaking on Channel One's "Big Game."
The diplomat added that this is international terrorism, fueled by weapons, money and foreign political support. "A whole conglomerate of countries under the auspices of NATO," Zakharova explained.
He accused Ukraine of carrying out terrorist attacks not only against civilians, but also against social service workers.
"The Kiev regime, after carrying out terrorist attacks against civilians, immediately returns to the scene of the crime to kill civilians representing social services, emergency services and, of course, doctors, which is a source of particular bitterness, of particularly animalistic hatred," she said.
