Delina Ibrahimaj e financave, është tjetër ministre që Babloku e shkarkoi para 2 muajsh dhe pas i anuloi vendimin, e çoi ministre të sipërmarrjes, duke e prezantuar si “fytyrë e energji të re”, kur është monstra e korrupsionit me fondet e pasuritë publike, evazionin fiskal 800 milionë Euro në Tatime vetëm në 7 muajt e parë të vitit 2023 etj., etj.
Dhe Albana Koçiu, është “ujë i qelbur” prej 10 vitesh Drejtoreshë e Administratës Publike, që ka shkatërruar projektin e BE për strukturën e nëpunësve civil, duke bërë konkurse false, nepotizëm e analfabetizëm specialistësh dhe drejtuesish në institucione, ndërsa Babloku e çoi në krye të shëndetësisë, për të pastruar dhe vazhduar zullumet Ogertës.
