President Donald Trump's administration has announced a new program that offers undocumented migrants up to $3,000 to voluntarily leave the United States before the end of the year.
According to US authorities, people who wish to take advantage of this offer can register through a Department of Homeland Security application, where they must provide personal data to benefit from free travel to their country of origin.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem declared that undocumented migrants "should take advantage of this opportunity and self-deport," warning that those who do not will face arrest.
