Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said Sir Keir Starmer is on the wrong side of humanity after the latter called for an end to the war in Gaza.
Netanyahu posted a video in English on social media, attacking the leaders of the United Kingdom, France and Canada for criticizing Israel's approach to Gaza.
He linked their criticism of the crimes in Gaza to the murders in Washington, DC, of Israeli embassy employees Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim.
“ Yaron and Sarah were not victims of a random crime. The terrorist who brutally shot them did so for one reason and one reason only – he wanted to kill Jews. And as they were taking him away, he chanted, 'Free Palestine!' This is exactly the same call we heard on October 7. On that day, thousands of terrorists attacked Israel from Gaza. They beheaded men. They raped women. They burned babies alive. They massacred 1,200 innocent people and took 251 innocent people hostage in Gaza cells. Shortly after, Chancellor Scholz of Germany visited Israel. And after seeing the horrors. These Hamas terrorists are just like the Nazis. He was right. And if they could have succeeded, these Hamas terrorists would have massacred every last Jew on earth. For these neo-Nazis, 'Free Palestine' is simply today's version of 'Heil Hitler.' They don't want a Palestinian state. They want to destroy the Jewish state. They want to wipe out the Jewish people, who have been in the Land of Israel for 3,500 years ," he said.
He then continued his criticism of Macron, Starmer and Carney, saying that they support the idea of Hamas remaining in power in Gaza, despite the attacks they have carried out on Israel.
" I could never understand how this simple truth escapes the leaders of France, Britain, Canada and others. They are now proposing to create a Palestinian state and reward these murderers with the ultimate price. You will not be surprised to learn that Hamas thanked President Macron and Prime Ministers Starmer and Carney for demanding that Israel immediately end the war in Gaza. Hamas had every right to thank them. Because by issuing their demand - laced with threats of sanctions against Israel, not Hamas - these three leaders in effect said that they want Hamas to remain in power. They want Israel to withdraw and accept that Hamas' army of mass murderers will survive, rebuild and repeat the massacre of October 7 ," he added.
He then sent a message to the three leaders saying they were on the wrong side of history and humanity, while not forgetting to thank Trump for his support.
“ To President Macron, Prime Minister Carney and Prime Minister Starmer: When mass murderers, rapists, infanticide and kidnappers thank you, you are on the wrong side of justice. You are on the wrong side of humanity and you are on the wrong side of history. I want to thank President Trump and the American people in particular for their open stance with Israel and with the Jewish people. Together we stand ,” he concluded.
